Sales of East China Office

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales of mechanical equipment in the East China region, developing and implementing sales plans, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

2. Actively explore new markets, develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships.

3. Collect and analyze market information, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, and provide data support for the company to develop sales strategies and product plans.

4. Participate in contract negotiations, signing, and execution, and be responsible for after-sales tracking services to improve customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, marketing, or related fields.

2. More than 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales, familiarity with the East China market and industry trends is preferred.

3. Possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and market development abilities, able to independently develop clients and maintain customer relationships.

4. Possess strong resilience and teamwork spirit.

 


Sales Engineer

Salary (negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales of automation equipment products for 3C electronic manufacturing and assembly enterprises in the East China region, and exploring the domestic market;

2. Responsible for drafting various solutions, preparing bids, and actively responding to bids; Responsible for handling various customer quotations, orders, and delivery documents, timely reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection;

3. Responsible for various pre-sales consultations, after-sales reception, and maintaining key customer relationships, developing agents, and creating performance;  

4. Actively research market trends, explore customer needs, and make overall plans for the company's product image. Outstanding performers can be promoted to sales manager or product manager in the future;

5. The company calculates and distributes salaries based on a combination of base salary, subsidies, and commissions. The minimum salary is 5500-7000 yuan per month, with specific interviews and various allowances such as travel allowances. Travel expenses are reimbursed on a case by case basis, the company can provide accommodation, and the self owned car company can provide car subsidies. After becoming a regular employee, the normal monthly income can reach 10K+

Job requirements

1. Positive and proactive personality, good at effectively handling communication in various situations, and able to effectively handle work pressure;

2. Possess a background in science and engineering, proficient in handling office software, able to perform basic e-commerce operations, with relevant office experience, committed to working in the electronic manufacturing automation industry;

Pre sales engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the company's business development strategy and sales goals, work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and advice throughout the entire sales process.

2. Based on the customer's needs and requirements, conduct in-depth understanding of their business needs, conduct technical research and analysis, and provide suitable solutions based on product characteristics and advantages.

3. Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting technical proposals and bidding documents, including proposal descriptions, technical architectures, product and service descriptions, etc.

4. Participate in the sales negotiation process, communicate with customers, answer questions, and respond to customer needs

Conduct scheme demonstrations and product demonstrations.

5. Responsible for organizing and participating in the implementation of engineering projects, including system integration, technical debugging, testing, and deployment.

6. Provide after-sales technical support, assist customers in solving technical problems and malfunctions, and complete after-sales service work.

7. Maintain good communication and cooperation with the product development team and engineering team, and provide timely feedback on customer needs and market feedback.

8. Participate in industry exhibitions and technical exchange conferences, continuously learn and research the latest technological developments and market trends.

Job requirements

1. With a background in science and engineering, majoring in mechanical engineering, a pre-sales engineer can withstand certain work pressure and independently handle technical issues within their scope of responsibilities.

2. Positive and proactive personality, good at learning, and possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
